What do you do on a visit?

Our dog visits include per your request: Walking, Running, Feeding, Medication Administration, Playtime, Delivery and Pickup of your pet to and from scheduled appointments, etc.

What hours do you provide services?

Hours of Operation for dog walks include: Monday-Sunday 9am-5pm.

Hours of Operation for vacation drop-ins include: Monday-Sunday 7am-11pm.

Hours of Operation for Dog Taxi & Errands include: Monday-Sunday 8am-6pm.

(If your service extends these hours, fees will apply). We are also open for bookings on all major holidays.

Do you always visit at the time we ask for?

We make every effort to visit your dogs during the time you prefer, however, we ask clients to allow an hour window before and after your preferred time (creating a two hour window) for unanticipated delays such as a rare medical emergency or traffic issue.

If my pet has an “accident”, do you clean it up?

Yes, we will clean up after your pets to the best of our ability. Please let us know if your dog is sick or has bowel issues or incontinence. We will do a walk through to check for accidents.

What information do I need to provide at the initial consultation aka “Meet and Greet”?

We ask that you provide us with as much information as your can about your pets. This will ensure your dogs needs and your expectations will be fully met. We do ask that your pets are up to date on vaccinations (unless otherwise agreed/discussed). We will also need an emergency contact, entry access and any security codes necessary.

What happens in an emergency? Is there a form I need to fill out to authorize emergency care?

Yes, Please fill the Client Profile form we provide at the “Meet & Greet” and include this information. We will do our very best to provide your dog what they need in case of a rare emergency.

Do you pick up my dog’s waste when you are walking?

Yes, of course we do. We also provide the waste bags.

What is your policy on security/alarm systems & cameras?

We are 100% for security/alarm systems and cameras. We ask that you provide us with the necessary codes in order to enter and leave your home safely.

What kind of animals do you care for?

We care for dogs only.

Do you offer any sort of satisfaction guarantee?

Yes! We will guarantee it every time. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service that was provided, we will be happy to address your concerns. We believe in lasting client relationships, so our service is only complete when you return home and are completely satisfied.

What happens in severe weather?

Your dogs health and well-being is our utmost concern and we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed of these events. This is pertaining to severe storms, and lightning. We do not walk in heavy rain or lightning- we will however make sure your dog relieves themselves outside and keep them company for the remainder of the visit inside.

Can you let me know how my pet is doing while I’m away?

Yes, absolutely. We are available via text, phone call, email or any texting app you may need. We will send you pictures and a summary of how your dogs visit went and any details you request. We are 100% transparent and available for contact during our service hours.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance.

What is your scheduling & cancellation policies?

All Meet & Greets & Dog Services are by appointment only. Please do your best to request your service 12 hours prior-OR you can request the service the morning of, but we may or may not be able to fulfill your request. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you!

Should you need to change or cancel your dog service completely, please allow a 12-hour advance notice otherwise we reserve the right to charge for 50% of the services scheduled.

Do you charge a holiday fee?

Yes, we do. We pet sit 365 days a year but we do charge a one-time holiday fee per the day.

Holidays we charge for are:

New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

What is your privacy policy?

Walk’n Dogs LLC will safeguard the confidentiality and security of the information we obtain from you. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect for the purpose of your pet’s visits and to process your credit card transactions. This notice describes our privacy policy as it relates to the collection, protection, and disclosure of such information resulting from credit card transactions and client registrations and profiles.

The credit card information provided by you to Walk’n Dogs will be stored in a confidential manner.
