What do you do on a visit?

Our pet sitting visits include per your request: Feeding per your instructions, fresh water, dog(s) walked, play time, medication given if needed and lots of TLC.

What hours do you provide services?

Dog walking visits are generally between 9AM and 2PM.

Do you always visit at the time we ask for?

We book your visits within a time frame and will be there during that time, unless of course you have a dog that needs medicine at a critical time. If time is critical, please let us know.

If my pet has an “accident”, do you clean it up?

Yes, we will clean up after your pets to the best of our ability. We will do a walk through to check for accidents.

What information do I need to provide at the initial consultation aka “Meet and Greet”?

Prior to the consultation; you will need to fill out our Policies and Forms completely. We will then have all the information we need about your dog(s) allowing us to spend the consultation time getting to know you and them. We do ask that your pets are up to date on vaccinations (unless otherwise agreed/discussed). We will also need an emergency contact, entry access and any security codes needed.

What happens in an emergency? Is there a form I need to fill out to authorize emergency care?

Yes, Please fill this form out and leave in your home.

Do you pick up my dog’s waste when you are walking?

Yes, we do. We do ask that you provide the bags.

May I give my dog walker a gratuity?

A: Absolutely. We much prefer you to leave cash for your sitter at your home and leave a note so they are aware it is for them.

What kind of animals do you care for?

We care for dogs and fish only.

Do you offer any sort of satisfaction guarantee?

Yes! We will guarantee it every time. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service that was provided, we will be happy to address your concerns. We believe in lasting client relationships, so our service is only complete when you return home and are completely satisfied.

What happens in severe weather?

Your pets’ health and well-being is our utmost concern and we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed of these events. This is pertaining to severe storms and lightning.

Can you let me know how my pet is doing while I’m away?

Yes, absolutely. We are available via text, phone call, email or any texting app you may need. We will send you pictures and a summary of how your dog(s) walk went and any details you may request.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance.

How is payment handled?

All payment is handled on our “Pricing” page on our website. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and AMEX and PayPal. If you need to pay with Cash or Check please let us know.

Do you charge a holiday fee?

Yes, we do. We pet sit 365 days a year. We do charge a holiday fee. New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after, Christmas Eve (all day), Christmas Day and day after. On the following major holidays we charge for the weekend. These holidays are Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day.

What is your privacy policy?

Walk’n Dogs LLC will safeguard the confidentiality and security of the information we obtain from you. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect for the purpose of your pet’s visits and to process your credit card transactions. This notice describes our privacy policy as it relates to the collection, protection, and disclosure of such information resulting from credit card transactions and client registrations and profiles.

The credit card information provided by you to Walk’n Dogs will be stored in a confidential manner.
