First Time Clients

Please read, completely fill out, and submit the following forms. You can either submit them electronically, or print them out and have them with you at the time of our “Meet and Greet”.

Client Forms

Please plan for me to arrive on-time, so I can meet you and your pup and discuss your expectations/goals for your dog. The “Meet and Greet” session typically lasts 15-30 minutes and will consist of an evaluation and possibly a brief walk to get comfortable with your dog.

During the scheduled “Meet and Greet” please be thorough and let us know ALL details or special instructions about your dog(s). i.e. medication, bowel control problems, dog aggression, crate reactiveness and any other information we need to know to best serve you and your dog(s).

We also require an emergency contact and your dog’s Veterinarian in the rare case of a medical emergency.

Scheduling

All services are by appointment only.

Cancellations

Should you need to change or cancel your dog walk appointment, please allow a 12-hour advance notice otherwise we reserve the right to charge for 50% of the services scheduled.

Payment Types

We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks as forms of payment.
